STAGE II: Choose an authorized agent
An authorized agent is only one who have been officially licensed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit to act on behalf of the main applicant in relation to a citizenship by investment application.
The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) will not accept direct submissions.
STAGE III: Prepare documents
Gather the forms and documentation that your agent deems relevant to your application.
STAGE IV: Submit application to CBIU
When all of your forms have been completed, and all documentation collected, your authorized agent will submit your application to the CBIU and liaise with them on your behalf.
Unlike other countries offering CBI programs, Dominica does not currently require a mandatory interview, though the Government may ask for one at their discretion.
STAGE V: Payment and certification
If your application is approved in principle, the CBIU’s letter will also instruct you to make your contribution payment for the investment.
Upon receiving proof of payment, the CBIU will then issue your certificate of registration, which stands as evidence of your citizenship and can be used by yourself or your authorized agent to apply for your Dominican passport.
